乌梅丸临床应用举隅

Clinical application of Wumei Wan

乌梅丸出自张仲景的《伤寒论》,原方功效为安蛔止痛,主治蛔厥证,亦治久泻久痢。现代临床多用于胆道蛔虫证、痢疾、肠炎、肠道激惹综合征等疾患。笔者在临床中,辨证施治,对口疮、不寐此类常见而缠绵难愈之病,颇有成效。

Wumei Wan(乌梅丸)was recorded in Shanghan Lun written by Zhang Zhongjing.The efficacy of the prime prescribe is Anhui Zhitong(安蛔止痛),mainly applicated to the Huijue symptom(蛔厥证),aslo jiuxie jiuli(久泻久痢),and adopted to treat the ascariasis of the biliary tract,dysentery,enteritis,irritable bowel syndrome and other diseases in the modern clinical practice.Wumei Wan was applicated differently to oral ulcer,insomnia,such as common and lingering difficult diseases,with quite effects in the clinic.
