某院超说明书用药处方调查分析

An investigation and analysis of exceeded instructions medication prescriptions in a hospital

目的:调查某医院超说明书用药情况,分析超说明书用药的原因,并提出建议和解决办法。方法:根据该院普遍存在超说明书使用的药物,通过医院电脑系统对2013年1月1日-2015年12月31日期间,所有开具过这些药物的门诊处方22057张进行统计调查,筛选出超说明书的处方,对其进行统计汇总及分析。结果:该院共有9种药物存在超说明书使用的情况。超说明书类型主要有4类,分别为超适应症、超适应人群、超给药途径、超剂量。结论:药物超说明书使用现象普遍存在,临床上需谨慎对待,权衡利弊,确保用药的安全性和合理性。

Objective:To investigate the condition of exceeded instructions medication in a hospital,analyze the reason and put forward the suggestion and solution.Methods:Based on substance abuse in this hospital,22057 outpatient prescriptions which were issued from January 1,2013 to December 31,2015 in the hospital were accounted and analyzed.The exceeded instructions medication prescriptions were selected,statistically summarized and analyzed.Results:9 kinds of medicines exist beyond instructions.There were 4 types of exceeded instruction manuals,which were exceeded-indications,exceeded-adapted population,exceeded-administration route and overdose.Conclusion:Exceeded instructions medication is ubiquitous,should be treated cautiously,in order to ensure the safety and rationality of the medicines.
