音乐疗法对膝关节置换手术患者的影响

Efficacy of music therapy on patients with knee replacement

目的:探讨音乐疗法对围手术期膝关节置换患者心理状态,术后疼痛及循环系统的影响。方法:选择60例骨科手术患者,采用随机分组的方法,将观察对象分为A组和B组,每组30例,B组给予常规骨科护理,A组在常规骨科护理的基础上加用音乐疗法心理干预。观察两组患者在手术前和手术后的心理焦虑情况、术后疼痛变化及术前术后血压、心率变化。干预前后采用心理焦虑自评积分、术后疼痛积分等方法进行观察比较。结果:A组心理焦虑、术后疼痛干预前后评分差异有显著意义(P<0.01);A组与B组两组间干预后的心理焦虑及术后疼痛评分差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);A组与B组两组间血压、心率均较B组有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法能改善关键置换手术患者心理状态,提高患者对疼痛的耐受力及舒适度,缓解患者术中紧张情绪,降低血压、心率,减轻手术后疼痛,促进早日康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of music therapy on psychological status,postoperative pain and circulatory system in patients with knee replacement.Methods:60 cases were randomized into group A and group B,30 cases in each group.The patients in group B were given routine orthopedic care.Group A was given music therapy more.Results:There were significant differences in psychological anxiety and postoperative pain scores between group A and B(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between two groups in psychological anxiety and postoperative pain scores(P<0.05,P<0.01).The blood pressure and heart rate in group A were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy can improve the psychological status and pain,relieve intraoperative tension,blood pressure and heart rate,relieve postoperative pain and promote early recovery.
