京沪企业创新环境比较研究

Comparative Study on the Enterprises Innovation Environment of Beijing and Shanghai

建设高水平的科技创新中心是京沪两地共同面对的重要任务。评价比较京沪两地创新环境,进一步发挥企业主体作用,增强科技创新中心显示度,推动京沪两地创新合作,具有重要现实意义。构建包括8个一级指标和27个二级指标的指标体系,开展京沪企业创新环境评价比较研究。研究结果表明,北京在创新基础设施、企业创新人才、技术环境、金融环境和创业水平等方面的表现优于上海,上海在文化环境和政策环境等方面的表现优于北京。最后,提出推动京沪企业创新合作的针对性建议。

It is an important task to build a high level scientific and technological innovation center in Beijing and Shanghai.It is of great practical significance to evaluate and compare the innovation environment of Beijing and Shanghai,further play the main role of enterprises,enhance the display degree of technological innovation centers,and promote innovative cooperation between Beijing and Shanghai.The paper constructs the index system of 8 grade-one indexes and 27 grade-two indexes,and conducts evaluation and comparative study on the innovation environment of enterprises in Beijing and Shanghai.The results of the study show that Beijing is better than Shanghai in innovation infrastructure,enterprise innovation talent,technical environment,financial environment and entrepreneurship level,while Shanghai is better than Beijing in cultural environment and policy environment.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the innovation cooperation of Beijing and Shanghai enterprises.
