摘要
提升自身追随力是员工个人以及组织管理实践中新兴的重要话题。从组织管理视角上看,当前关于追随力及其影响因素的研究相对匮乏。通过界定"做事博感情"及追随力概念,构建了角色定位、追随行为与追随力之间的理论模型,在角色理论、追随理论分析的基础上提出相关研究命题。分析认为,追随者角色定位(任务导向、关系导向)差异导致其表现出不同的追随行为(顺从行为、建言行为等),进而对个人追随力产生不同的影响,同时上级发展性反馈调节顺从行为、建言行为对追随力的作用。拓展了追随理论方面的研究,为如何提升员工追随力提供了新的理论视角和依据。
Improving followership is an emerging important topic in employees and organizational management practices.From the perspective of organizational management,the current researches on the followership and their influencing factors are relatively scarce.By defining the concepts of“doing things with emotions”and followership,the article proposes related research propositions on the basis of role theory and the followership theory analysis.According to the analysis,the differences between followers'role orientation(task-oriented and relationship-oriented)lead to different following behaviors(compliance,voice behavior,etc.),which in turn have different effects on personal followership;in the meantime;superior development feedback regulates the effects of compliance and voice behavior on the followership.It has expanded the researches on the followership theory and provided a new theoretical perspective and basis for how to improve employees'followership.
