NPPV治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭临床研究

Clinical study on NPPV in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with severe respiratory failure in the elderly

目的:探讨NPPV治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭的效果。方法:收治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者78例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组采用传统常规治疗方式,观察组在此基础上采用无创正压通气治疗。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能改善情况、血气水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用无创正压通气疗法治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并重症呼吸衰竭效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of NPPV in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with severe respiratory failure in the elderly.Methods:78 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with severe respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 39 cases in each.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation based on the conventional therapy.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function and the level of blood gas were obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation has significantly effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in elderly patients with severe respiratory failure.
