摘要目的:探讨手法复位夹板固定方法和锁定钢板方法治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法:收治桡骨远端骨折患者72例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组采用手法复位夹板固定方法治疗,对照组采用锁定钢板治疗方法治疗。结果:两组临床治疗优良率、不良反应和并发症的发生情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:手法复位夹板固定方法或锁定钢板方法治疗桡骨远端骨折都能够取得良好的治疗效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of manipulative reduction splint fixation and locking plate in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods:72 patients with distal radius fractures were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with manual reduction and splint fixation,while the control group was treated with locking plate.Results:The difference in good rate of clinical treatment,adverse reaction and complications was statistically significant between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of manipulative reduction splint fixation or locking plate can achieve good therapeutic effect in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
