踝关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis on the effect of ankle arthrodesis in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the ankle

目的:探讨踝关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎的疗效。方法:收治足踝创伤性关节炎患者83例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组40例。观察组给予踝关节融合术治疗,对照组给予保守治疗。结果:对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:踝关节融合术治疗足踝创伤性关节炎效果确切,且具有融合成功率高、稳定性好等优点。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ankle arthrodesis on the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the ankle.Methods:83 patients with ankle osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group with 43 cases and the control group with 40 cases.The observation group were treated with ankle arthrodesis,while the control group were treated with conservative treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05),and the function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ankle arthrodesis is effective in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of the ankle,and has the advantages of high fusion success rate and good stability.
