完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术的临床效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术临床应用的可行性和安全性。方法:收治Ⅰ期非小细胞肺癌患者115例,其中行完全胸腔镜根治术60例,行传统开胸根治术55例。结果:完全胸腔镜手术组术后引流时间、并发症发生率、住院时间及治疗费用均低于传统开胸手术组(P<0.05)。结论:完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术可达到传统开胸手术的手术效果,且患者创伤较小、术后较易恢复。 Objective:To explore the feasibility and safety of total thoracoscopic nonsmall cell lung cancer radical operation.Methods:115 patients with stage I non-small cell lung cancer were selected,in which there 60 cases were treated with total thoracoscopic radical resection,and 55 cases were treated with traditional thoracotomy.Results:The drainage time,the incidence of complications,the time of hospitalization and the cost of treatment in the complete thoracoscopic surgery group were lower than those in the traditional thoracotomy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Complete thoracoscopic non small cell lung cancer radical operation can achieve the effect of traditional thoracotomy,and the patients are less traumatic and easy to recover after operation.
