针灸合“颈痛止晕方”治疗颈性眩晕62例疗效观察

Clinical observation on 62 cases of cervical vertigo treated with acupuncture combined with "neck pain and halo prescription"

目的:探讨针灸合"颈痛止晕方"治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:收治122例颈性眩晕患者。治疗组62例,采用针灸、内服中药"颈痛止晕方"治疗;对照组60例,采用盐酸倍他司汀、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗。结果:经过3个疗程治疗,治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:西医扩血管类药物联合中医针灸治疗颈性眩晕效果显著。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical vertigo with"neck pain and halo prescription".Method:122 cases of cervical vertigo were selected.62 cases were treated by oral administration of Chinese medicine,acupuncture,"neck pain halo prescription"treatment;60 cases in the control group,with betahistine hydrochloride,the treatment of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules.Result:After 3 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical vertigo with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is very effective.
