妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸在老年卵巢囊肿患者中的疗效评价

Evaluation of the curative effect of gynecologic Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in elderly patients with ovarian cysts

目的:评价妇科千金胶囊联合桂枝茯苓丸在老年卵巢囊肿患者中的疗效。方法:收治卵巢囊肿患者122例,平分两组。对比组患者使用妇科千金胶囊治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果加以观察和对比、分析。结果:治疗后,两组CA125、E2和卵巢囊肿三径之和与治疗前相比较有较明显的降低,且研究组低于对比组。治疗后,研究组患者的中医证候积分较治疗前降低更明显,研究组患者的临床总有效率要比对比组患者高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年卵巢囊肿患者使用桂枝茯苓丸辅助治疗,能使囊肿体积缩小,患者的中医证候和患者的激素水平等得到有效改善。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of gynecologic Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling pill in elderly patients with ovarian cysts.Methods:122 patients with ovarian cysts were selected,they were divided into the two groups on average,patients in the contrast group were treated mainly by the western medicine of Qianjin capsule.On this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Guizhi Fuling pill combined treatment,we made an effective observation and comparative analysis on the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the three diameters of the two groups of CA125,E2 and ovarian cysts were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the study group was lower than the contrast group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients in the study group was lower than that before the treatment,the total clinical efficiency of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the contrast group,there were statistically significant differences in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients with ovarian cysts can be effectively reduced by Guizhi Fuling pills,which can effectively reduce the volume of the cyst,and improve the TCM syndromes and hormone levels of patients.
