子宫腺肌病腹部超声与阴道超声诊断价值对比

Comparison on the value of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis

目的:探讨腹部超声与阴道超声对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值。方法:收治子宫腺肌病患者72例。接受经腹部超声和阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对比患者不同检查诊断准确率。结果:患者阴道超声诊断准确率高于腹部超声,且患者阴道超声诊断合并子宫肌瘤、合并盆腔子宫内膜异位症、合并巧克力囊肿诊断准确率高于腹部诊断准确率。结论:在子宫腺肌病患者诊断中,阴道超声诊断准确率高于腹部超声诊断,并有助于诊断患者其他合并疾病,误诊率更低,可作为临床子宫腺肌病患者诊断首选检查方式。

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis.Methods:72 patients with adenomyosis were treated by abdominal ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound,and the accuracy of the diagnosis was compared with those of the patients.Results:The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound,and the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine fibroids,pelvic endometriosis and chocolate cyst was higher than that of abdominal diagnosis.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of adenomyosis,the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis is higher than that of abdominal ultrasound diagnosis,and is helpful for the diagnosis of other combined diseases,and the rate of misdiagnosis is lower.It can be used as the first choice for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis.
