围手术期流程化护理干预对脑出血患者生活质量的影响

The influence of perioperative nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

目的:探讨围手术期流程化护理干预对脑出血患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治脑出血患者100例,分为参照组和观察组,各50例。参照组在围手术期给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上联合流程化护理干预。结果:观察组术后生活质量评分优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期流程化护理干预对改善脑出血患者生活质量有积极影响,能降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the influence of perioperative nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected.They were divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was combined with the process nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Results:The quality of life in the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention has a positive effect on improving the life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications.
