优质护理在妊娠高血压产妇护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of pregnant women with hypertension

目的:探讨优质护理在妊娠高血压产妇护理中的应用效果。方法:收治妊娠高血压产妇110例,随机分为优质护理组和常规护理组。结果:优质护理组剖宫产率、子痫以及先兆子痫的发生率明显低于常规护理组(P<0.05);优质护理组患者护理满意度、自然分娩的概率明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在妊娠高血压产妇护理中的应用效果更好。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on pregnant women with hypertension.Methods:110 pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the high quality nursing group and the routine nursing group.Results:The probability of cesarean section,eclampsia and preeclampsia in the high quality nursing group was significantly lower than that in the routine care group(P<0.05).The probability of nursing satisfaction and natural childbirth in the high quality nursing group was significantly higher than that in the conventional care group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing on pregnant women with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy is better.
