语言训练联合经颅磁刺激在治疗脑卒中失语症中的效果评价

Evaluation on the language training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia of stroke

目的:探讨语言训练联合经颅磁刺激治疗脑卒中失语症的效果。方法:收治脑卒中失语症患者62例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各31例。对照组予以单纯语言训练,试验组在此基础上联合经颅磁刺激治疗。结果:治疗后试验组的ABC评分与AQ评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:语言训练联合经颅磁刺激对治疗脑卒中失语症具有显著效果,能够有效恢复患者的语言功能,提升患者的康复率。

Objective:To explore the effect of language training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia of stroke.Methods:62 patients with apoplexy aphasia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received simple language training,and the experimental group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation based on language training.Results:After the treatment,the ABC score and AQ score of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Language training combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective in the treatment of aphasia,and it can effectively restore the language function and improve the recovery rate of patients.
