针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae

目的:探讨针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症的效果。方法:收治脑中风患者100例,将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,观察组给予针灸联合康复训练治疗。结果:观察组痊愈及显效例数、ADL评分明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合康复训练治疗脑中风后遗症患者的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of apoplexy sequelae.Methods:100 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.Results:Patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the scores of the effective number and ADL were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the patients with apoplexy sequelae is remarkable.
