西岗社区居民健康档案管理近况及分析

Current situation and analysis of health archives management on Xigang community residents

通过中联基层医疗卫生机构综合信息系统,对2017年西岗社区居民健康档案进行统计,分析本社区居民健康档案的建立和管理过程中存在的问题,根据国家政策,参考相关文献,结合本社区的实际情况,提出建议和应对措施,从而提高本社区的医疗卫生服务质量。

Through the comprehensive information system in basic medical and health institutions,statistics of community health records in Xigang in 2017,and then we analyzes the problems of establishment and management on the process of health records of community residents,according to the national policy,reference to the relevant literature,combined with the actual situation of the community,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the quality of medical community health services.
