老年原发性高血压患者社区强化治疗的优势分析

Analysis on the advantages of intensive community therapy in elderly patients with essential hypertension

目的:探讨老年原发性高血压患者社区强化治疗的优势。方法:收治老年原发性高血压患者200例。对照组采用一般治疗,社区强化组给予社区强化治疗。结果:社区强化组老年原发性高血压控制率高于对照组(P<0.05);社区强化组原发性高血压发病机制掌握度、服药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后社区强化组24 h动态血压变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年原发性高血压患者社区强化治疗的优势在于可帮助患者提升疾病认知和遵医行为,更好地控制血压,改善预后。

Objective:To explore the advantages of intensive community therapy in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods:200 elderly patients with primary hypertension were selected.The control group were treated with general treatment,and the community intensive group was given intensive care in the community.Results:The elderly primary hypertension control rate in the intensive group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05);both the strengthening mechanism of essential hypertension and mastery of medication compliance in the intensive group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);24h ambulatory blood pressure in the intervention community reinforcement group better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advantage of community intensive care in elderly patients with essential hypertension is can help patients improve their cognition and behavior,with better control on blood pressure and improve prognosis.
