摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定毛大丁草根不同极性萃取物中熊果苷含量,并以黑色素B16F10细胞为模型,研究毛大丁草根不同极性萃取物的美白活性与熊果苷含量之间的关系。结果表明,熊果苷主要存在于毛大丁草根正丁醇萃取物和水相萃取物中,以前者含量最高;氯仿萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物的美白活性与熊果苷含量无直接相关性,且毒性较大;正丁醇萃取物、水相萃取物的美白活性与熊果苷含量存在一定相关性,毒性较小,适合作为化妆品添加剂。
We determined arbutin content in different polar extracts from Gerbera piloselloides roots by HPLC.Furthermore,we used melanin B16F10 cell model to explore the correlation between whitening activity and arbutin content in different polar extracts from Gerbera piloselloides roots.The results show that arbutin mainly exists in n-butanol extract and aqueous extract,and the arbutin content in n-butanol extract is maximum.There is no direct correlation between whitening activity and arbutin content in chloroform extract or ethyl acetate extract,which exhibit strong cytotoxicity.While there is certain correlation between whitening activity and arbutin content in n-butanol extract or aqueous extract,which exhibit weak cytotoxicity and are suitable for cosmetic additives.
