全方位护理对哮喘患者肺功能和满意度的影响

Efficacy of comprehensive nursing on lung function and satisfaction of asthmatic patients

目的:探讨哮喘患者应用全方位护理后对肺功能与满意度的影响。方法:本研究选择2017年1月-2017年12月入住本院治疗的60例哮喘患者为试验对象,在随机数字表法处理下均分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取全方位护理。对比两组哮喘患者的肺功能及护理满意度。结果:观察组哮喘患者经护理后的Pa CO2明显低于对照组患儿,FEV1/FVC、Pa O2、FEV1等水平明显高于对照组患者,经统计学方法处理后具显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组哮喘患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,经统计学方法处理后具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:全方位护理应用在哮喘患者的护理中,可改善患者的肺功能,明显提高患者对全方位护理满意度,值得在临床护理中进行推广与应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on lung function and satisfaction.Methods:60 patients with asthma who were admitted to and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as research subjects and were divided into the control group and the observation group by using random digital table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine care while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The lung function and nursing satisfaction of two groups of asthmatic patients were compared.Results:PaCO2 of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group,and FEV1/FVC,PaO,FEV1 level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,after statistics analysis,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients with asthma in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing application could improve the patient’s lung function,improve patients’nursing satisfaction of patients with asthma,and it was worthy of popularization and application in the clinical nursing.
