参麦降糖片治疗老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of the Shenmai Jiangtang tablet on senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qiyin Liangxu

目的:观察采用参麦降糖片治疗老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:收集我院2014年9月-2016年12月的年龄>60岁的T2DM患者,对照组采用阿卡波糖片,观察组采用阿卡波糖片联合参麦降糖片,组方为黄芪100g,天花粉75g,玄参、山药、丹参和麦冬各60g,山茱萸50g,苍术30g,红参25g,地黄10g,两组共治疗30d。以《糖尿病的诊断与治疗》为依据进行疗效诊断,并观察两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)。结果:对照组显效50例、有效8例、无效10例,观察组显效60例、有效4例、无效4例,经检验表明观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),对比具有统计学意义。在治疗前,两组患者的FPG、2h PG和Hb A1c无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2h PG和Hb A1c较同组治疗前均出现下降(P<0.05),观察组治疗后的FPG、2h PG和Hb A1c较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05),对比具有统计学意义。结论:在阿卡波糖片治疗的基础上加用参麦降糖片治疗能有效地改善老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的临床疗效显著,有效降低了患者的血糖指标,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shenmai Jiangtang tablet(参麦降糖片)on senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of Qiyin Liangxu.Method:T2DM patients who were over 60 years old treated in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received Acarbose tablets;the observation group received Acarbose tablets plus the Shenmai Jiangtang tablet.The prescription was Astragalus 100g,Trichosanthus 75g,Radix basaticus 60g,Chinese yam 60g,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 60g and Ophiopogonis japonicus 60g,Cornus officinalis 50g,Atractylodes Atractylodes 30g,Red ginseng 25g,Rehmannia 10g.The groups were treated for 30 days.Based on the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus,the FPG and 2h PG were observed before and after treatment.Result:In the control group,50 cases were significantly effective,8 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective.In the observation group,60 cases were significantly effective,4 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FPGG,2hPG and HbA1c between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPGG,2hPG and HbA1c in both groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The decreases of FPGG,2hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on Acarbose Tablet treatment,the Shenmai Jiangtang tablet could effectively improve the clinical curative effect of elderly T2DM patients significantly and effectively reduce the glycemic index of patients,which was worthy of promotion in clinical implementation.
