探讨互动式护理干预模式在糖尿病抑郁症患者中的疗效观察

The effects of the interactive nursing mode intervention on diabetic patients with depression

目的:探讨互动式护理模式干预在糖尿病合并抑郁症患者中的作用及效果。方法:选取我院收治的180例糖尿病合并抑郁症的患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组给予综合性互动式护理模式,观察两组护理干预前后血糖控制水平、汉密尔顿抑郁量表以及抑郁自评量表评分情况。结果:干预3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD量表比较,观察组总有效率为92.73%,对照组总有效率为85.45%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.7066;P<0.05);SDS评分比较,观察组分值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互动式护理模式对于糖尿病合并抑郁症的患者,能有效控制血糖水平,减轻患者抑郁症状,形成良性循环,对提高患者生活和生存质量有着重要的意义,值得进一步推广使用。

Objective:To explore the role and effect of interactive nursing mode intervention on diabetic patients with depression.Methods:180 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with depression patients treated in the fourth people’s hospital of Liaocheng from April 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups.The control group received routine care;while the observation group received comprehensive interactive nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing;the control level of diabetes,HAMD and SDS)score in two groups before and after nursing intervention was observed,to evaluate the effect of comprehensive interactive nursing model for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus depression.Results:after 3 months intervention,the fasting blood glucose,blood sugar 2 hours after meals in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);HAMD scale was compared,the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.73%,which was significantly higher than 85.45%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.7066;P<0.05).SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive interactive nursing model was effective for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and depression,not only could help patients to effectively control blood sugar levels,relieve patients’anxiety,depression and other psychological symptoms,but also had a good curative effect in improving the quality of life and survival of patients,which was of important function and meaning.
