中药油纱布外敷治疗深度烧伤残余创面分析

An analysis of treating residual wounds of deep burn by external application of Chinese medicine oil gauze

目的:探讨分析中药油纱布外敷治疗深度烧伤残余创面。方法:回顾性分析于2016年4月-2017年4月在我院进行治疗的深度烧伤参与创面患者60例作为本次研究对象,按照患者在入院之后不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组和观察组患者各30例。对照组患者行磺胺嘧啶银治疗,观察组患者则行中药油纱布外敷治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗成效及治疗恢复情况。结果:通过对两组患者行不同的治疗方法,观察组患者的治疗时长相较对照组明显较短,两组存在显著差异(P<0.05),且观察组患者全部痊愈,残余创面的愈合时长在15~25d时长。愈合创伤面整体较为平坦,且均无出现遗留瘢痕,质地较为柔软。其中有10例患者的皮片生长不良创面用药,在使用4d皮片色泽均逐渐变红。原本的萎缩皮片逐步生长,获得较好的周边上皮组织扩展成效。结论:通过对深度烧伤参与创面患者,行中药油纱布外敷治疗,可以取得显著的治疗成效,且具备活血消肿、有效促进患者的皮肤上皮及肉芽上方,残缺性的皮岛产生增生性蔓延,提升了治疗速率,减少了患者的痛感,具有临床医学推广应用意义。

Objective:To investigate the effect of external application of Chinese medicine oil gauze in the treatment of residual wounds of deep burn.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with residual wounds of deep burn treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 was carried out.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods after admission,with 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with silver sulfadiazine.The patients in the observation group were treated with external application of Chinese medicine oil gauze,and the clinical efficacy and recovery of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After different treatment methods,the treatment time of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).All the patients in the observation group were cured,and the healing time of the residual wounds was 15-25 days.The surface of wound healing was flat,and no scar was left,and the texture was softer.Among them,10 cases had poor skin graft growth.After 4 days of use,the color of the skin gradually turned red,and the original shrunken skin grew gradually,and obtained a better effect on the expansion of the surrounding epithelium.Conclusion:The external application of Chinese medicine oil gauze had significant effect in the treatment of residual wounds of deep burn.Activating blood circulation and reducing swelling could effectively promote the skin epithelium of patients and the upper part of granulation.The incomplete skin island produced proliferative spreading,improved the treatment rate,reduced the pain of the patients,and it had the significance of clinical medical popularization and application.
