中医护理对胃穿孔术后患者胃肠功能恢复及护理满意度的影响

Efficacy of TCM nursing for the recovery of gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction in patients with gastric perforation

目的:对胃穿孔术后患者实施中医护理的临床效果进行探析。方法:以2016年2月-2017年2月在我院接受手术治疗的102例胃穿孔患者作为观察对象,通过数字表法随机分成观察组和对照组,各51例;对照组实施常规专科护理,观察组同时实施中医护理,对比分析临床护理效果。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气恢复时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);通过调查,观察组护理满意度为96.1%,显著高于对照组的82.4%(P<0.05)。结论:在胃穿孔手术治疗中开展中医护理,能有效促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复,提升护理满意度,临床意义重大。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM nursing on patients with gastric perforation.Methods:A total of 102 patients with gastric perforation treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as observation subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by digital table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine specialized care,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and the clinical nursing effect was compared.Results:The time of postoperative bowel sound recovery,the time of recovery of the anus,and the first time of defecation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.1%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,82.4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastric perforation,TCM nursing could effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve nursing satisfaction,which was of great clinical significance.
