蛇床子散熏洗外阴奇痒破溃的临床研究

Clinical research on treating itch and fester of vulva by the fumigation and washing therapy with Shechangzi San

目的:观察中药蛇床子散熏洗外阴奇痒破溃型阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊外阴奇痒破溃型阴道炎患者200例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组100例利用蛇床子散,煎汤熏洗,每晚用冰片粉末外撒,1次/d。对照组100例,碳酸氢钠粉加温开水制成5%溶液,冲洗阴道1次,用制霉菌素粉末外撒。连续治疗5d。结果:治疗组治疗效果好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过蛇床子散熏洗与冰片研粉末治疗作用快,可有效改善临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shechangzi Powder in fumigation and washing of vulva itch rupture.Methods:200 patients with vulva itch rupture were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.100 cases in the treatment group received Shechangzi Powder fumigation and washing and external application of Borneol powder,once every day.100 cases in the control group received fumigation of Sodium bicarbonate powder in cooled boiling water in 5%solution and external application of Nystatin powder.The treatment was of 5 days.Results:The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shechangzi Powder fumigation and washing and external application of Borneol powder had significant and fast effect in treating vulva itch rupture and it could effectively relieve the clinical symptoms.
