手法复位小夹板固定治疗骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

An analysis of treating osteoporotic distal radius fractures by manipulative reduction and splint fixation

目的:探讨手法复位小夹板固定治疗骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析。方法:将2016年3月-2017年3月在我院骨科治疗的88例骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组采用手法复位后石膏固定治疗,观察组采用手法复位后小夹板固定治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、骨密度变化、症状及骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组治疗后腕关节功能优良率为93.18%,明显高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后骨密度水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、手背肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位小夹板固定治疗骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折的疗效显著,利于疼痛水肿的快速消退,加快骨折愈合速度,增强骨质,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect analysis of manipulative reduction and splint fixation in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures.Method:88 cases of osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients treated in our hospital from March,2016 to March,2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with manual reduction and plaster fixation,while the observation group was treated with small splint fixation after manual reduction.The clinical efficacy,bone mineral density changes,symptoms and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared..Results:After treatment,the good rate of wrist joint function of the observation group was 93.18%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,77.27%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);After treatment,the bone mineral density level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);The time of pain relief,the disappearing time of back swelling of the hand,and the healing time of the fracture of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative reduction and splint fixation had significant effect in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures.It was beneficial to the rapid decline of pain and edema,speed up the healing of fracture and strengthen the bone,which was of positive clinical significance.
