新型伤口敷料用于儿童下肢慢性伤口换药中的护理

目的:探讨新型伤口敷料用于儿童下肢慢性伤口换药中的效果以及护理方式。方法:研究对象采用我院2016年6月-2017年6月收治的60例儿童下肢外伤患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者采用常规处置方法,研究组患者在常规处置方法的基础上,根据患者受伤情况分别使用半透明性敷料,水凝胶敷料,水胶体类敷料,泡沫类敷料,以及抗菌类敷料。观察患者3、7、14d的愈合情况,比较两组患者的创面愈合率。结果:患者伤口处理第7天和第14天对患者创面愈合情况进行比较,治疗组患者创面愈合情况明显优于对照组,两组患者的创面愈合率之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型伤口敷料用于儿童下肢慢性伤口换药中的预后较好,对临床治疗具有积极的指导意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of new wound dressings for children with chronic wound dressing and nursing methods.Methods:60 cases of children patients with lower extremity trauma treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subject and randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated by conventional disposal methods,on the basis of conventional disposal methods,translucency dressings,the hydrogel dressings,hydrocolloid dressings,foam dressings,and antimicrobial dressings were applied respectively according to the concrete injuries of patients.The healing of the patients was observed after 3,7,14 days,and the healing rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The wound healing of patients after the wound treatment on 7th day and 14th day was compared,the wound healing of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference of wound healing rate between the two groups was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new wound dressing was good for the prognosis of children with chronic wound dressing,and it had positive guiding significance for clinical treatment.
