2016年江西省危重孕产妇医院监测结果分析

Analysis of the monitoring results of maternal near miss of Jiangxi Province in 2016

目的了解2016年江西省危重孕产妇医院监测的情况,探讨其主要影响因素,为提高我省产科水平、降低孕产妇死亡率提供科学依据。方法收集2016年江西省14家危重孕产妇监测医院入院孕产妇的个案表,分析孕产妇的相关信息。结果 2016年江西省共监测孕产妇54336例,合并症23919例,占44.0%,危重症151例,占2.8‰,≥35岁、产检次数≤4及剖宫产孕产妇其合并症及危重症发生率高于同组其他人群,危重症发生前3位的是休克、心脏骤停及大量输血。结论采取加强孕产期保健、提高对产科危重症及并发症的防治能力等综合措施是降低危重孕产妇发生率的有效措施。

Objective To understand the monitoring results of maternal near miss of Jiangxi Province in 2016,and to explore the main determinants,and provide scientific evidence for improving obstetrics quality and reducing maternal mortality.Methods Collecting the questionnaire of pregnant women in 14 hospitals in Jiangxi Province in 2016.Analyze information in questionnaire of pregnant women.Results The incidence of pregnancy complications among the 54336 pregnant women in Jiangxi Province in 2016 was 44%,the incidence of severe disease was 2.8‰.The incidences of complications and severe diseases were higher in those pregnant women who were older than 35,had production inspection less than 5 and cesarean delivery compared with other pregnant women in the same group.The common severe diseases were shock,cardiac arrest and a large number of blood transfusions.Conclusion Adopting comprehensive measures such as strength prenatal care of pregnant women,improve the ability of prevention and control obstetric critical diseases and complications of obstetrician was effective for reducing incidence of maternal mortality Ratio.
