摘要
目标优选问题是作战指挥中的一个关键问题。考虑到传统层次分析法中存在的不足,引入一种改进的层次分析法,在选取合适评估指标的基础上,建立作战目标综合评价模型。通过使用三标度法构造比较矩阵,并对比较矩阵进行相关变换,得到拟优一致性矩阵,求得各方案相对权重。通过实例,验证了改进的层次分析法能提高作战效率,为作战辅助决策提供科学依据。
The target optimization issue is a key issue in combat command.Taking into account the shortcomings of the traditional AHP,an improved AHP was introduced to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of combat targets based on the selection of appropriate assessment indicators.By constructing the comparison matrix by using the three-scale method and performing the correlation transformation on the comparison matrix,the quasi-optimal consistency matrix was obtained and the relative weight of each solution was obtained.Through examples,it is verified that the improved AHP improves operational efficiency and provids a scientific basis for combat-assisted decision-making.
