摘要
企业人岗优化工作不断深化,使得信息系统权限调整工作变得频繁。在基于角色分配的电力营销系统中,目前针对用户权限调整的申请,一方面需要加工用户的描述信息,另一方面需要在系统上进行大量人工操作。整个过程效率低、易出错、时效性差,很难满足企业精益管理的要求。通过梳理系统菜单角色、流程角色,规范了用户申请阶段的填写,并在Selenium的基础上通过模拟人与浏览器交互行为,实现配置过程的自动化。实验表明,该方法能极大提升工作效率和可靠性,具有较高应用价值。
The continuously deepening of person-post optimization task in enterprise results in the frequently adjustment of system authorities.In the power marketing system which bases on the user-role assignment,the applications of the user authority adjustment on one hand require to deal with the user’s description information,on the other hand,a great number of manual work are needed.The whole process is inefficiency,easy to make mistake,poor timeliness and hard to meet the demand of lean managements in enterprise.By sorting menu roles and process roles in system,standardize the people’s filling forms in the application stage.Besides,by simulating the interaction between people and the browser using the selenium,it realizes the automated configuration.Automation testing indicats that this method can make great progress in efficiency and reliability,which contains high application value.
