摘要
对福建省新选育的4个高油酸花生新品系进行田间调查、室内考种和品质测定,结果表明:泉花13号、泉花14号、泉花15号和泉花16号的油酸含量分别为79.5%、77.3%、75.3%和69.7%,均大幅度高于对照品种泉花7号;泉花15号和泉花16号分别较对照增产达极显著和显著水平;泉花13号和泉花14号可作为育种亲本利用。
Field investigation,lab test and quality measurement of four high oleic acid peanut lines bred in Fujian Province were carried out.The results showed that oleic acid content of‘Quanhua No.13’,‘Quanhua No.14’,‘Quanhua No.15’and‘Quanhua No.16’were 79.5%,77.3%,75.3%and 69.7%,respectively and were remarkably higher than that of the control‘Quanhua No.7’.The yield of‘Quanhua No.15’and‘Quanhua No.16’were increased at the very significant level and at the significant level,respectively.‘Quanhua No.13’and‘Quanhua No.14’could be used as parent materials in breeding program.
