芽胞杆菌样品采集工作包括实物采集和信息采集两个部分。通过构建"芽胞杆菌采集标准规程",在实物采集方面,进一步规范了科技人员在芽胞杆菌资源采集行为,实现采样的标准化、规范化;而在信息采集上,芽胞杆菌采集标准规程涵盖了与国家菌种保藏登记对接的所有样品采集信息,运用GPS定位、手机app、照片记录、视频拍摄、文字描述等多种手段详细记录采集地的地理信息、生态特性、生境特点,实现样本的高效采集。

The collection of Bacillus samples includes both material object collection and information collection.The“standard procedures for Bacillus collection”could guarantee the scientific and technical personnel’s collection of Bacillus resources by further standardizing the sampling activities in material object collection;and for the collection of information,the standard procedure for the collection of Bacillus covered all information of the collected samples access to national spawn preservation and registration,so the efficient collection of geographic information,ecological characteristics,and habitat trait of the collection site could be realized by various ways,including GPS positioning,mobile phone app,photo recording,video,text description and other means.
