乳腺癌患者体像认知与生存质量的相关性研究

Study on the correlation between body image cognition and quality of life in patients with breast cancer

目的调查乳腺癌患者体像认知和生存质量的现状,并分析其相关性。方法采用目的抽样法,对2015年1月-2016年6月三所综合性医院的乳腺外科、乳甲外科和普外科住院的乳腺癌患者,运用乳腺癌患者体像问卷(BIBCQ-C)和乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)行问卷调查,并分析其相关性。结果 (1)所有乳腺癌患者均存在不同程度的体像认知障碍。(2)在不考虑体像认知量表中各维度之间相互作用的前提下,疾病易感、身体羞耻、功能受限、身体关注、透视、患臂关注这6个维度均与生存质量总分呈显著负相关。结论应关注乳腺癌患者体像认知状况,通过健康教育提高患者疾病认知度;正确选择手术方式,尽量保持体像完整,改善患者的生存质量。

Objective To find out the condition of body image and the quality of life in patients with breast cancer and analyze the correlation between them.Method Purposive sampling method was used to sample 329 patients form 3 hospitals who were treated for breast cancer of internal of general hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 in Luzhou city.Then completed the instruments of the BIBCQ-C and FACT-B,and to analyze its correlation.Result(1)All the patients have cognitive impairment with their body image.(2)Without considering the body as cognitive scale under the premise of the interaction between each dimension.ALL dimension of the BIBCQ-C have the negative correlation with the total score of FACT-B.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the cognitive status of breast cancer patients.The patients'quality of life can be improved by health education to improve patients disease awareness,select the right surgical method and keep body integrity.
