摘要
目的:评价滑动按压髌尖粗面治疗原发性早期髌下脂肪垫损害性膝前痛的疗效。方法:本研究选取了62例原发性早期髌下脂肪垫损害性膝前痛的病人,随机分配成2组,髌尖粗面滑动按压组(按压治疗组)和磁疗组。在治疗前、治疗后2周、3月和6月用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价膝痛强度,并用VAS加权值法评估总有效率。结果:两组病人在治疗后各时间点VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且按压治疗组较磁疗组下降显著(P<0.05)。按压治疗组在治疗后2周、3月和6月总有效率分别为93.5%、96.7%和93.5%,磁疗组分别为67.7%、64.5%和58.1%,疗效显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:滑动按压髌尖粗面治疗原发性早期髌下脂肪垫损害性膝前痛具有良好的效果且近远期疗效显著优于磁疗组。
Objective:To evaluate the treatment effects of Sliding Compression Manual Therapy(SCMT)applied on patellar coarse surface on anterior knee pain induced by primary infra-patellar fat pad injury(PIFPI)in its early stage.Methods:Sixty-two patients with anterior knee pain induced by PIFPI were randomly divided into the groups of SCMT and traditional magnet therapy(MT).Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate anterior knee pain intensity before treatment and 2 weeks,3 months,and 6 months after treatment.Weighted value algorism of VAS was adopted to count total effective rates of both treatments.Results:The VAS levels at 2 weeks,3 months,and 6 months after SCMT or MT treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment in the corresponding group(P<0.05).The VAS levels at 2 weeks,3 months,and 6 months after SCMT treatment were significantly lower than that following MT treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rates 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after SCMT treatment were 93.5%,96.7%and 93.5%,respectively,while those with MT treatment were 67.7%,64.5%and 58.1%,respectively.The treatment effects of SCMT and MT were significant different,SCMT much better than MT(P<0.05).Conclusion:SCMT can effectively relieve early stage PIFPI-induced anterior keen pain;the short-and long-term effects of SCMT are better than that of MT.
