Not only does digitization services on demand refer to an emerging library service,but also represents one of development trends of future libraryy services.This article introduces conception and demand of digitization services on demand,analyzes the modes and operation practices of digitization services on demand in foreign university libraries,and discusses its enlightenment to domestic libraries in carrying out digitization services on demand by strengthening consciousness of copyright,expanding service group,extending personalized service,and promoting platiorm progress.
