控源截污和生态补水对秦淮河水质的影响 被引量:9

Effects of pollution interception and ecological water diversion on water quality of Qinhuai River in Nanjing

摘要 以秦淮河流域分汊型河道为例,通过水文水质调查、水环境模型计算,研究控源截污和生态补水联合措施对水质改善的影响.结果表明:为达到国家Ⅳ类水质标准,直排污水量的削减率可随生态补水流量的增加而减小,补水流量可随污水的接管率增加而减小.对秦淮河近期采取控源截污与生态补水联合治理措施,远期通过截止82%的污水流量并提高污水接管率达95%以上,可以保证断面水质达标. Taking the Qinhuai River in Nanjing as example,the effects of pollution interception and ecological water diversion on water quality are studied by field investigation and water quality modeling simulation.The results show that the reduction rate of sewage discharge decreases with the increase of ecological flow rate for meeting the water quality standard IV in China,and the flow of the ecological replenishment decreases with the increase of sewage rate.For meeting the water quality standardIV,the combined measures of sewage interception and ecological replenishment can be taken in the near future and the measures combined with 82%sewage interception and 95%sewage treatment rate may be put into force in the long-term.
