一种酰胺型香豆素类Cu^(2+)荧光探针

摘要 4-二乙胺基水杨醛在哌啶存在下与丙二酸二乙酯反应生成了3-乙氧酰基-7-二乙胺基香豆素,再与二亚乙基三胺反应合成目标产物L.在乙腈溶液中,Cu^(2+)能使探针L的荧光强度增强,最大发射波长λem有一定程度的蓝移.在其他金属离子存在下,L对Cu^(2+)具有一定的荧光选择性,与Cu^(2+)的配合比为1∶1. 4-Diethylaminosalicylaldehyde reacts with diethylmalonate to yield 3-ethoxycarbonyl-7-diethylaminocouma-rin,and 3-ethoxycarbonyl-7-diethylaminocoumarin reacts with diethylenetriamine to yield the target compound L.In acetonitrile,the fluorescence intensity of the solution of compound L is increased,and the emission maximum wavelength Xem shows a slight blue shift as Cu2+is added to it.Compound L exhibits some fluorescent selectivity for Cu2+in the pres-ence of other metal ions,and the complex ratio of the title compound with Cu2+is 1:1 in acetonitrile.
