染料敏化太阳能电池掺杂光阳极的研究进展

摘要 文章介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSCs)的工作原理和过渡金属、非金属及稀土掺杂TiO_2光阳极的研究进展.重点分析了过渡金属、非金属和稀土掺杂的TiO_2光阳极对电子传输、界面电子的复合、染料的吸附量、能带结构以及DSSCs光性能的影响. This article introduces the working principle of dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSCs)and summarizes the research progress of transition metal,nonmetal and rare earth element doping on Ti02 photoanode.It also analyzes the effects of transition metal,nonmetal and rare earth element doped Ti02 on the electron transport,inteifacial electron recombination,dye adsorption capacity,energy band structure and photovoltaic performance of DSSCs.
