河北省地下水开采量合理性修正方法研究与应用

Research and Application of Reasonable Correction Method of Groundwater Exploitation Quantity in Hebei Province

在了解和掌握全省地下水开采现状的基础上,提出了地下水开采量合理性修正原则,阐明了依据不同行业用水量特点进行合理性修正的方法;并在全省水资源公报数据基础上,结合2011年水利普查成果以及现状开采量、历年用水结构、节水水平调查成果,利用趋势法、定额法、数理分析法等方法分析了河北省地下水开采量合理性,并根据原始数据精度按照不同单元进行了合理性修正,为实现最严格水资源制度和水资源评价提供了技术支撑。

Basing on the understanding of the current situation of groundwater exploitation,the reasonable correction princi?ple was put forward,according water consumption characteristics the method of reasonable correction was established by dif?ferent classification.In Hebei province's water resources bulletin on the basis of the data,combined with 2011 census results in water conservancy,present situation investigation of groundwater exploitation and over the years the water structure,water saving level under the premise of the system,the groundwater exploitation rationality of different units in Hebei province were analyzed by the trend method,rating method,mathematical analysis method based on the original data accuracy,the technical support for the most strict water resources and water resources evaluation system was provided by these theories and correction results.
