摘要
根据传统桩-梁-拱(Pile-Beam-Arch,PBA)工法中四导洞工艺流程存在的不足,研制了隧道钢管柱安装机。该安装机集下放钢筋笼、吊装钢管柱、灌注混凝土、调整钢管柱垂直度等多功能于一体,避免了人工下孔作业,减化了中桩成桩工艺,缩短了成桩周期,降低了作业安全风险。
According to the existing problems in the 4 pilot process on traditional PBA(pile-beam-arch)method,the tunnel steel pipe column mounting machine is designed and manufactured.It integrates the functions of reinforced cage lowering,steel pipe column hoisting,concrete pouring,pipe column verticality adjustment and so one,avoiding the inter-hole works of the workers,reducing the process of intermediate pipe,shortening the pile cycle and reducing the operation risks.
