基于地铁A型车的全自动车钩在轨检测系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 全自动车钩是地铁车辆的重要部件,是连接车体、接通电气路、实现车体连挂和信号控制的关键部件,直接影响地铁车辆运行的可靠性、可控性、平稳性和舒适安全性。在使用中及检修后,需对车钩的机械连挂性能、电气接通性能进行检测,以保证车体运行的安全可靠。针对现有车钩检测方法存在的不足,结合车钩原理、特性特点以及车钩在轨检测的特点,利用计算机和Labview软件编程,设计了移动式公铁两用检测系统,该系统结合了传感器技术、测控技术、通信技术,检测方案实现了全面检测、高度可调、移动式、公铁两用、大跨度、智能化、平台在轨状态下整车检测等功能。 Automatic coupler is a key component of metro vehicle,it is connected to the carbody and electrical circuit to achieve the vehicle hanger and signal control,directly affecting the reliability,control,smoothness and comfort safety of subway vehicle operation.In daily operation and after maintenance,it is necessary to detect the performances of mechanical connection and electrical connection for the safe and reliable operation of the carbody.According to the shortcomings existing in current types of vehicle,and combining with the principle and structure of coupler,the characteristic of on-orbit detection,computer and Labview software programming are used to design a movable detection system for the dual use of highway and railway.This system integrates sensor technology,measurement and control technology,communication technology and comprehensive detection,proves to have highly adjustable,movable,dual usable,large-spanning,intelligent,on-orbit state detection characters.
