摘要 针对目前地铁变电站内微机防误闭锁系统操作繁琐、离线操作及走空程等问题,提出一种基于GPRS和ZigBee无线传感网络的防误闭锁系统。系统由站控层、间隔层和过程层3部分组成,采用GPRS网络和ZigBee无线传感网络技术,实现地铁变电站防误闭锁系统实时在线工作。以CC2530和MC55芯片为核心构建了防误闭锁系统通信网络,该网络主要包括终端节点、路由节点和网关协调器硬件设计,以及ZigBee网络的组建及网关协调器软件设计。在一定的通信距离内,该系统具有良好的可靠性和实时性。 According to the problems like complex manipulative rules,off-line operation andidle stroke going of the traditional computer-based maloperation-proof system,a new project based on GPRS and ZigBee wireless sensor network is suggested.The system consists of station control layer,cell layer and process layer,adopts GPRS network and ZigBee wireless sensor network technology to realize the real-time online work of maloperation-proof system for subway substation.As the core,CC2530 and MC55 chips are used to build the communication network of maloperation-proof system,including the hardware design of end device,routing node and gateway coordinator,as well as the software design of ZigBee network and the work flow of gateway coordinator.The experimental result shows that the system has good reliability and real-time performance within a certain communication distance.
