Study on Hydraulic Control of Coal Collecting Device in Fully-mechanized Working Face

对综采工作面转载机收煤装置进行了改造,制作了两种新型的转载机液压控制收煤装置。该装置操作简单、缩短了检修时间、提高了开机率、降低了事故率,不仅能够满足安全生产要求,还具有良好的经济效益。

In this paper,the loader's coal collecting device is reprinted in the fully mechanized caving face,and two kinds of new type of loader hydraulic control of coal collecting device are made.The device is easy to operate,shorten maintenance time,improve the probability and reduce accident rate,not only can meet the safety production requirement,but also has good economic benefits.
