摘要 煤化工是一个耗水的行业,通过分析大型煤化工项目全厂用水,比较污水处理及回用水处理技术,从源头和技术层面对煤化工全厂耗水和回用水处理进行有效控制,选择适宜的煤化工工艺以减少污水量,降低污水处理负荷,提高回用水重复利用率,最大程度减少一次水量,把煤化工耗水量控制在红线范围内。 As coal chemical is a water-consuming industry,this paper proposes to perform an effective control on water consuming and recycling water treatment of the whole plant from source and technology perspective by selecting suitable coal chemical process to decrease wastewater amount and its treatment load,improving reuse rate of recycled water,minimizing one-time water consumption to limit the water consumption within the red line after analyzing the overall water consuming of large coal chemical projects and comparing the technologies in wastewater treatment and recycling water treatment.
