尿素装置停车过程废水的排放控制措施

摘要 尿素装置停车过程会产生大量含氨、尿素溶液,若不采取措施控制排放,极易造成外排废水中氨氮或COD超标,加重水处理负担,加大环境污染风险。针对停车过程中的各个环节进行分析,采取了一系列控制措施,有效解决了装置停车过程中废水排放问题。 As a large amount of solution containing ammonia and urea is produced during shutdown of urea unit,it is quite likely that the content of ammonia nitrogen or COD in the drained waste water exceeds standard,leads to much more water treatment work and greater environment pollution risk if no measure is taken to control the drainage.This paper analyses each link of the shutdown and relevant control measures are taken to effectively solve the problem of waste water drainage during urea unit shutdown.
