摘要
随着"互联网+"时代的到来,传统的政务服务方式已经不能满足广大民众的服务需求,"互联网+政务服务"逐步登上历史舞台。提升"互联网+政务服务"能力、促进其体系建设是摆在江苏省各级政府面前的一个重要课题,需要予以高度重视。基于对当前江苏省"互联网+政务服务"体系建设情况研究,重点分析建设现状和存在问题,总结经验教训,提出推进"互联网+政务服务"体系建设的对策建议,为各级政府决策提供参考。
With the arrival of the era of“Internet+”,the traditional way of government service cannot meet the needs of the people.“Internet+government services”has gradually ascended to the historical stage.Enhancing“Internet+government services”to promote the construction of system is an important task faced by the government of Jiangsu Province at all levels.Based on the current status of Internet plus government services system construction,it analyzes the existing problems and construction status,summarizes experience,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the construction of Internet plus government service system,to provide reference for government decision-making.
