高等教育支持雄安新区建设的对策研究

Strategies of Supporting the Construction of Xiong'an Demonstration Area by Higher Education

雄安新区的设立是党中央、国务院在新的历史条件下作出的重大战略选择,是疏解北京非首都功能、推进京津冀协同发展的历史性工程。作为推动区域经济、社会发展的重要引擎,高等教育在雄安新区的规划建设中将发挥支持及引领作用。根据雄安新区的战略定位及发展规划,分析其对高等教育的需求以及当前高等教育支持雄安新区的态势,结合日本筑波科学城开发建设的经验,提出高等教育支持雄安新区建设的对策建议,为雄安新区的规划建设提供政策参考。

The establishment of the Xiong’an Demonstration Area is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council under the new historical conditions.It is a historic project to ease Beijing’s non-capital functions and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.As an important engine to promote regional economic and social development,higher education will play a leading role in the planning and construction of Xiong’an Demonstration Area.By analyzing the demand of higher education and the current situation of higher education in supporting the establishment of the area,and combining with the experience of development and construction of Tsukuba Science City in Japan,this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions on how to support the construction of Xiong’an Demonstration Area to provide policy reference for the planning and construction of the area.
