十九大报告提出,创新是引领发展的第一动力。国家自主创新示范区是推进自主创新、加快建设创新型国家、全面实施创新驱动发展战略的重要决策。自正式获批和"一区21园"规划目标制定以来,天津国家自主创新示范区发展迅猛、成效显著。从创新主体、产业结构、创新要素投入、专利产出和科技创新服务平台5个方面对天津国家自主创新示范区的创新发展情况进行概述和总结,分析示范区在发展过程中存在的不足,并提出相关的对策及建议。

The 19th National Congress Report points out that innovation is the first motivation to lead development.National Innovation Demonstration Zone is the important decision to promote independent innovation,accelerate the construction of an innovative country,and fully implement the important decisions of innovation-driven development strategy.Since the formal approval of Tianjin National Innovation Demonstration Zone and the planning of“One Zone 21 Parks”,the development of the zone has achieved remarkable results.It summarizes the innovation and development of Tianjin National Innovation Demonstration Zone and“One Zone 21 Parks”,summarizes the problems of the demonstration zone in the development process,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
