摘要
由于国内轨道交通技术相对成熟,但新产品和新技术无法上网试挂,没有运营业绩,不能被相关地铁公司采用。结合各联盟单位的实际需求情况,通过对建立国家级城际轨道交通创新技术中心的实际意义、现有基础、中心定位、运营模式、资金筹措和经济效益及社会效益进行可行性分析研究探讨,确定建立国家级城际轨道交通创新技术中心必要性和可行性,对建立国家级城际轨道交通创新技术中心提供一些建议和意见。
As the technology of rail transit in China is relatively mature,new products and new technologies can not be tested on the metro line and without operating performance,they can not be adopted by relevant subway companies.The practical significance,existing basis,center orientation,mode of operation,financing and economic and social benefits of establishing a national center for innovative technology of intercity rail transit were analyzed based on actual needs of the Union units the to find the necessity and feasibility of establishing the center,aiming to provide some suggestions to the establishment of a national center for innovative technology of intercity rail transit.
