中国对外开放40年与深化市场机制改革的思考

Consideration of China's 40 Years of Opening-up and Deepening the Reform of Market Mechanism

自1978年党的十一届三中全会启动改革开放至今,已有整整40年了。在这四十年间,中国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就;同时,中国学者还需认真总结经验教训,为后续的发展和深化改革进行思考。本文在充分肯定中国改革开放已经取得巨大成绩的基础上,认识到业绩导向的激励模式使中国经济在发展与改革的道路上,更多地重视持续发展,而深化改革相对滞后。因此,今后的改革任务将会更加任重而道远。

It has been 40 years since the reform and opening up launched in the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 1978.Although there are remarkable achievements of China s economic development,attracting world attention,at the same time,Chinese scholars must earnestly sum up and seriously think about the follow-up development and deepening reforms.By fully affirming the great achievements in China s reform and opening up,this paper recognizes that the performance-oriented incentive model makes Chinese economy put more emphasis on sustainable development on the road of development and reform,while deepening reform is lagging behind.Therefore,the task of reform in the future is even more onerous and arduous.
